For an item that is over two hundred years old, the wear is considerably in good state. This antique tin is filled with all manners of antique sewing machine attachments, dating from the late 1800's! These attachments were the ultimate of luxury for the seamstress and lady of the house during Victorian times. T his Machine is being sold with the attachments kit tin in "As Is Condition". This rare treasure was aquired through a local Estate Sale. This is a Perfect Prize to Someone's vintage Sewing collection or victorien parlor. It has it's used look, the paint is worn on the bottom base plate, the decals are faded and worn from someone's Great Grandma's family repairs. The crank wheel and needle arm are not seized and the needle arm lifts and lowers as well as the vertical feed moves back and forth when cranked. Through research this is the serial number that was found SMM1168, the actual serial number on the machine is either a 0 or a D D1447374 or 01447374, its hard to see. This is a Rare Vintage Davis/Sears/Minnesota, Model B Sewing Machine.
